International Customer Support Representative

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.**
- **Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.**
- **Opens the customer account by recording accounts information.**
- **Prepare reports by collecting the feedback from customers.**
- **Attracts potential customers by providing knowledge about the product and services according to their needs.**
- **UG/Any Graduate Fresher or Experience.**
- **Excellent written & spoken communication skills.**
- **Keyboard skill for 30 wpm.**
- **Flexible with 24/7 Environment.**
- **Salary slab 13k-27k Take home (As per the relevant experience) & attractive Incentives amount.**

**Shift Timings: 5:30pm to 2:30am, 09:30pm to 6:30am & 2:30am to 11:30am.**

**Working Days
- 5 days**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
