Executive Chef

The Executive Chef will lead and manage all culinary operations at Glades Hotel, Mohali. and shall manage it's rooftop restaurant and fine dine restaurant. This includes menu development, food quality, kitchen operations, hygiene, and team management. The role demands creativity, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, develop, and execute innovative menus for all outlets, banquets, and special events.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Manage kitchen operations, including purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with hotel and statutory regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with F&B and Banquet teams to deliver high-quality events and dining experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Manage food cost, wastage, and portion control effectively.
- Coordinate with management to plan promotions, festivals, and seasonal menus.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- Minimum **5-8 years** of experience in a 4/5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
- Proven track record in team leadership and kitchen management.
- Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine operations (Indian, Continental, Oriental preferred).
- Sound understanding of cost control, budgeting, and HACCP standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
