**THE CHALLENGES AWAITING YOU**
Innocap will count on you to:
- Work closely with India Talent & Culture head, management, and employees to improve work
relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Research, conceptualize, and strategize a comprehensive employee engagement plan, based
on various engagement metrics/themes.
- Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change
and transformation - striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.
- Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future
state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs.
Actively participates in annual budget planning/labour forecasting process with business
partners.
- Design Employee Reward and Recognition Programs (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- Propose best practices for Employee Experience Management through market research and
trend analysis.
- Design strategies to improve collaboration and develop channels of effective internal
communication.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and
retention.

- Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit
restructuring.
- Strategize, plan, and take accountability for the performance management process.
- Strategize and manage initiatives to foster a healthy work culture.
- Analyse trends and metrics with the HR functions.
- Report to manager and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Other administrative job such as On-boarding, off boarding, documentations etc
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and
retention.

- Proven work experience as a Talent business partner
- Advanced data-oriented mindset, with experience in preparing, maintaining, and presenting
sophisticated HR reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with manager, providing valuable insights
and foresight for organizational planning.
- Expert communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, both in written and
verbal formats, to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to switch between strategic planning and tactical execution within the
Talent & Culture and People Operations realm.
- A personal ethos of growth and self-improvement, with a willingness to actively seek feedback
for personal development.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to set high personal goals and work independently.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Proven acuity in MS office suite, internet, and data-base management
Background Requirements:
- Bachelor’s /master’s degree in human resources or business-related field
- Four (4) to Six (6) years of BHR experience with at least four (4) years of experience in HR Business
