**Job Description Summary**
**Employee Experience Partner - HRBP**
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for translating engagement and culture strategies into actionable plans. You will work proactively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive engagement initiatives within the business, ensuring timely execution.
**About the Role**:
**Engagement and Culture**:
- Translate engagement and culture strategies into actionable plans.
- Serve as the go-to person for implementing change management agendas for employees.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas of concern.
- Work with managers and People Partners to develop action plans addressing any dissatisfaction identified through employee check-ins.
- Drive the completion of on-ground processes in respective patches, such as goal setting and talent cards.
**Productivity and Performance**:
- Analyze trends in exit interview data to improve the overall employee experience and identify potential areas for organizational improvement.
- Coach and educate employees on HR policies, platforms, and tech support.
- Conduct performance investigations, discussions, and write performance improvement plans for non-managerial staff.
- Assess the impact of people practices and policies on the employee experience.
**Fostering Relationships**:
- Lead or coordinate workplace investigations in accordance with global investigation policies and guidelines, upholding these standards in CW India.
- Respond to employee issues, grievances, and disputes in line with our People Values.
**About You**:
- At least 3 years relevant experience in employee relations and engagement.
- Attention to detail, independent decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy. (Workday knowledge Preferred)
