AGS Health employs more than 11,000 team members globally and partners with more than 100 clients across a variety of care settings, specialties, and billing systems.For more details, please visit http://www.agshealth.comYou can also visit us at https://www.linkedin.com/company/ags-healthJob Title : Manager – Employee RelationsRole summary7-12 years of experience in Employee Relations, with a proven trackrecord in grievance and conflict management.Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, especially in relation to POSH.Experience working with multi-location teams in a service industry environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.Proactive approach with a passion for improving workplace culture and engagement.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.Strong organizational and time management skills.ResponsibilitiesGrievance ManagementHandle employee grievances with professionalism, ensuring quick and effective resolution.Set up mechanisms for employees to voice concerns and follow-up with appropriate measuresDocument and track grievances to identify trends and implement preventive actions.Conflict ManagementMediate conflicts between employees, teams, or between employees and management to ensure harmonious work relationships.Provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies and lead interventions to de-escalate conflicts.work with HR and department heads to mitigate workplace issues.POSH Compliance (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace)Ensure full compliance with POSH regulations and Handle complaints with confidentiality and sensitivity.Conduct regular POSH training and awareness programs for employees.Support and guide the Internal complaints Committee (ICC) in investigating and resolving POSH-related cases.Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Internal stakeholders, including HR, department heads, and legal teams to ensure alignment on employee relations policies and procedures.Liaise with external stakeholders, such as labor officials, legal representatives, and consultants, as required.Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to effectively Support and advise leadership on ER matters.Proactive Employee Engagement & RoadshowsOrganize and lead proactive roadshows and sessions to communicate the organization’s Do’s and Don’ts and promote a positive workplace culture.Educate employees on company policies, ethical standards, and workplace behavior expectations.Gather feedback from employees and work with the leadership team to implement improvements where necessary.ER Strategy Development & ImplementationDevelop and implement an employee relations strategy that aligns with organizational goals.Conduct regular audits of ER practices and policies to ensure compliance with local laws and industry best practices.Monitor and analyze ER metrics to assess the overall health of the workforce and recommend improvements.Academic and Professional backgroundBachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.If you are a dedicated ER professional looking to make an impact, we encourage you to apply and become part of our teamLocationHyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / JaipurFull-time(on-Site)
