**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients to discuss fertility treatment options and provide information about services offered at A4 Fertility Hospital.

3. Educate patients about the fertility treatment process, including assessments, diagnostic procedures, and treatment options available.

4. Assist patients in scheduling appointments with fertility specialists and coordinate their initial consultations.

5. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, inquiries, and appointments using the hospital's CRM system.

6. Collaborate with other departments, including patient services and clinical teams, to ensure a seamless patient experience.

7. Follow up with patients to provide additional information, address concerns, and offer support throughout their treatment journey.

8. Stay updated on advancements in fertility treatment and healthcare regulations to provide accurate information to patients.

9. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling patient information and interactions.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, life sciences, nursing, or related field.

2. Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or patient care roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients over the phone.

5. Knowledge of fertility treatment processes and terminology is desirable but not mandatory.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

9. Willingness to undergo training and development to enhance job-related skills and knowledge.
