(Hotel management degree holder from Institute of Hotel Management or anequivalent degree)

**Budget / CTC - **30,000/- to 40,000/- pm.

**Location - **Andheri, Chakala.

**KEY RESULT AREA-**
- Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff
- Well versed in Indian, Tandoor and Chinese cuisine. Better knowledge of Product and Ingredients.
- Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production
- Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order
- Should be able to help in forecasting the commodity purchasing as in seasonal ingredients so will optimise coatings
- Ensure that food preparation, packing, dispatching is as per standard
- Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications
- Monitor holding and storage operations, stocking and food rotation, and guarantee food service sanitation standards are met
- Assured kitchen personnel are trained in best cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Developing standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and maintaining the standard of quality of our products
- Evaluation of food cost.
- Quality checking of All the raw materials.
- Production yield and verification.

Minimum 3-5 years cooking experience in a fine dining & QSR environment and experience in a culinary leadership role preferred.

Safe Food Handling Certification

Ability to bend, stand, and stoop for long periods of time, and working long hours in hot conditions

Must have experience calculating figures and amounts and performing mathematical functions to meet the business needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
