We are seeking a young, creative, and talented **Marketing Associate** to drive the marketing and advertising efforts for our real estate projects. This hybrid role (work-from-home and on-site in Mumbai) offers an opportunity to grow in the vibrant real estate industry while working on impactful campaigns within a budget of upto ₹25,000/month.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects (online and offline).
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage potential buyers and build brand awareness.
- Create compelling content, including social media posts, videos, blogs, and ad copy, to showcase properties.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize results.
- Assist in organizing property showcases, open houses, or marketing events in Mumbai.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in marketing, preferably in real estate, digital marketing, or a related field. Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, social media management, PPC advertising).
- Content creation and copywriting for social media, blogs, or ads.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creating marketing collateral.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to track and optimize campaign performance.
- **Traits**: Creative, proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about the real estate industry.
- **Location**: Must be based in Mumbai or willing to travel to our Mumbai office (hybrid role with on-site requirements for events or meetings).
- **Availability**: Ability to work flexibly between remote tasks and on-site activities (e.g., site visits, events).
