**Position**: Marketing Associate

Job Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and social media. Schedule and conduct client meetings to introduce our legal services and service packages.
- **Service Promotion**: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our legal services and packages, including case filings, legal notice drafting, contract drafting, and legal consultancy sessions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings and collaborate with the legal team to tailor packages that meet client requirements.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, contributing to the firm's revenue growth.
- **Marketing Materials**: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring content is accurate and compelling.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client meetings, and sales outcomes. Report on the status of current accounts and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years experience in marketing or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- High degree of professionalism and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
