**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team at Reality Tours & Travel in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute to various aspects of marketing. The associate will gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and more, while working closely with the Marketing Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:_
- Manage and maintain social media calendars.
- Create and post engaging content across platforms.
- Generate performance reports and analyze engagement metrics.
- **Content Development**:_
- Assist in developing scripts and creating content for social media posts.
- Collaborate with the media team on video shoots and be the face of videos when needed.
- **Marketing Support**:_
- _Conduct research and prepare reports on market trends and competitor analysis._
- _Handle requests from clients and customers with professionalism and efficiency._
- _Assist in presentations and other marketing-related documentation._
- **Administrative Tasks**:_
- Utilize MS Office tools to organize and present data.
- Support lead generation activities and maintain client databases.

**Learning Opportunities**:

- Gain experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, website development, and SEO.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work across different marketing areas.
- Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, quick learner, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a team.

**Job Location**:
Mumbai

**Shift Timings**:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

**Salary**:
20,000 - 30,000 INR
