**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Associate at Marketing Mojito, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their social media accounts and ensuring that all campaigns align with their brand goals. You will oversee the development and execution of strategic social media marketing plans, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the agency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients’ objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, and performance marketing, to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing clients with regular updates and actionable insights.
- Oversee the development of content calendars, ensuring content is on-brand and resonates with target audiences.
- Identify opportunities for account growth.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in social media account management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
