**Key Responsibilities**:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant
content for online platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand voice.
- SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search
engine rankings.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing
insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media profiles, engage with the audience, and
develop strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing,
providing insights to keep the company ahead of the competition.
**Skills Required**:
- SEO/SEM Expertise: Proficient in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine
marketing (SEM) to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
- Social Media Management: Skilled in managing and optimizing social media platforms and
campaigns for brand engagement.
- Content Creation: Ability to create, edit, and manage content across various digital channels,
- Data Analysis: Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven
decisions.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- A Digital Marketing course or certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social
media management tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
