Key Responsibilities:
**1. Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for civil construction materials and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain.

**2. Procurement Strategy**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to optimize procurement processes and enhance cost-effectiveness.

**3. Cost Negotiation**:

- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure cost-effective agreements without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary.

**4. Contract Management**:

- Draft, review, and execute procurement contracts in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Monitor contract compliance and address any deviations or issues in a timely manner.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the procurement process.

**6. Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that procured materials and services meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address any discrepancies or quality issues.

**7. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance.
- Generate regular reports on procurement metrics and key performance indicators for management review.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
