We're Hiring: Associate Procurement Specialist Are you passionate about procurement operations. We’re looking for a talented professional with 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing and operational excellence to join our dynamic teamExperience:8+ yearsFocus:Driving enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, managing high-value and complex sourcing projects, leading teams.Responsibilities: Define and lead global sourcing strategies aligned with corporate goals. Oversee multiple RFX events and supplier contract negotiations at a strategic level. Lead, mentor, and develop sourcing teams. Manage supplier risk, innovation, and long-term partnerships. Influence executive leadership on sourcing decisions and policies. Ensure procurement compliance and governance.Skills: Extensive experience with strategic sourcing, global supplier management, and complex RFPs/RFQs. Leadership and change management capabilities.
