**Procurement Executive Job Description**:
We are looking for an astute procurement executive to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
The procurement executive’s responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, maintaining accurate records and overseeing the delivery of materials requested by site team.

To be successful as a procurement executive you should have an analytical mind and keep up with product and service trends.
Ultimately, a top procurement executive should be able to negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interview them to determine product
availability and terms of sales
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
- Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products, or substitute materials
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers
- Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing
materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies
- Prepare comparisons for requiring board approval
- Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs
- Have to be flexible to Travel across different Project sites assisting site team.
- Accommodation will be provided after the probation period(i.e after 3 months)
- Two Wheeler is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Civil Procurement: 1 year (preferred)
