**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Procurement Executive** with a **civil engineering background** and **experience in building construction**, to manage procurement operations for projects across **Bangalore and Tamil Nadu**. The role is based in our **Bangalore office** and requires frequent site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials and services for sites in Bangalore and Tamil Nadu.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Regular site visits for vendor follow-up and material inspection.
- **Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** or related field.
- Minimum **3 years of procurement experience** in **building construction** projects.
- Knowledge of local vendors and materials used in civil construction.
- Must own a **two-wheeler** with a **valid driving license**.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore and Tamil Nadu project sites.
- Must Know malayalam, Tamil and Kannada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
