We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our team. As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services to ensure our company’s operational needs are met, considering price, quality, and delivery to ensure continuity of supply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.
- Maintain strong working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar position.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
