**Role**:Procurement Executive

**Reporting to**:Varun Kumar (Manager
- Procurement)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handling ordering for various sites, placing the order of material as per site requirement and ensuring timely delivery

2. Interaction with the site supervisors and area project managers of the respective sites

3. Interaction with various vendors

4. Ensuring clearance of invoices of vendor, receipt of invoice with proper challans

5. Ensuring usage of extra material of site in the best possible manner

6. Abiding by the processes formed and working accordingly

7. Ensuring reporting to seniors and keeping them aware of all the circumstances

8. Bringing out innovative ideas towards betterment of processes already formed

9. Site visits, as required

Achieving goals defined by his senior/ HOD. Performance target related to

1. Handling of site deliveries timely

2. Following of process

3. Developing good interpersonal relations with other team members, understanding their problem and working as a team

4. Being solution oriented

**Career growth**

1. Can explore handling a team of Project executives and becoming an area head

1. Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

2. Having minimum 1 year of experience in Construction Procurement Division

3. Reasonable skills in speaking and writing English

4. Microsoft Excel knowledge should be must.

**Expected joining date: ASAP**

**Expected salary range**:Upto 4,20,000/- Per Annum basis capability.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
