Job Position: Associate – Procurement ServicesLocation:Plot 8A, RMZ Centennial, Kundalahalli Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore, IndiaEmployment Type:Full-timeRole Overview: The Associate will supportdata-driven decision-makingin procurement operations by generating and analyzing reports, cleaning and preparing data, and identifying trends. This role focuses on ensuring alignment of supply and demand metrics, while providing actionable insights to drive operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: Procurement Operations Execution Execute procurement operations with a focus on reporting and analysis.Report Creation & Management Generate recurring reports on KPIs and operational performance. Develop ad-hoc reports for business-specific needs. Maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools for timely, accurate updates.Data Cleaning & Preparation Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Transform raw data into actionable insights.Data Analysis & Trend Identification Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies. Provide actionable recommendations for business improvements.Supply-Demand Match Reporting Analyze supply-demand alignment for optimal resource allocation. Develop and maintain forecasting models. Identify gaps and suggest corrective actions.Collaboration Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand reporting needs. Serve as a point of contact for reporting-related queries.Qualifications & Experience: Education:Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience:4–6+ years in data analysis, reporting, or analytics in dynamic environments.Technical Skills: Data visualization tools:Power BI, Tableau Advanced Excel functions Data manipulation & cleaning:SQL, Python, R Knowledge ofsupply chain, inventory management, or demand forecastingis a plus. Stronganalytical & critical thinking skillsto turn complex data into insights. Excellentcommunication skillsfor non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
