Our focus is on transparency, cost governance, and performance excellence across every stage of delivery — from design development to execution and handover.We work with leading multinational clients and managed workspace operators, bringing together strong design capability, project governance, and data-backed procurement processes to ensure time, cost, and quality certainty.- Role OverviewThe Procurement Executive / Manager will be responsible for strategic sourcing, BOQ preparation, vendor development, rate analysis, and contract negotiation for interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel-based BOQ estimation, and the ability to manage online and offline RFPs, vendor bids, and reverse auctions independently.This is a high-visibility role requiring both technical and negotiation excellence, with a deep understanding of project cost structures and supply chain efficiency.- Key Responsibilities·BOQ Preparation & Estimation·- Prepare detailed and itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for interior, civil, electrical, HVAC, and finishing works.·- Extract quantities from AutoCAD drawings and validate design inputs from consultants and project teams.·- Benchmark costs based on recent projects, supplier quotes, and market analysis.·- Coordinate with design and project managers for scope confirmation and cost validations.·Sourcing & Vendor Management·- Identify, evaluate, and empanel suppliers, contractors, and OEMs across key categories (civil, MEP, furniture, finishes, etc.).·- Build and maintain a robust vendor database with updated rate cards and performance ratings.·- Develop regional supplier networks to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.·Tendering & Bid Management·- Prepare and float RFPs / RFQs through both online and offline channels.·- Conduct reverse auctions, bid evaluations, and comparative statements (CS sheets).·- Analyze technical and commercial submissions and coordinate clarifications with bidders.·- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment milestones to achieve cost efficiency.·Cost Control & Contracting·- Prepare cost summaries, rate analysis, and procurement trackers.·- Ensure all procurement aligns with approved project budgets and timelines.·- Support preparation of Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and Subcontract Agreements.·- Work closely with finance and PM teams for vendor payments, retention, and closure documentation.·Governance & Reporting·- Maintain transparency through structured bid documentation and approval workflows.·- Track procurement status against project schedules and update MIS dashboards weekly.·- Drive cost savings, compliance, and performance benchmarking across all procurement categories.- Qualifications & Experience• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) or Diploma in Engineering.• Experience: 5–10 years in procurement for interior fit-outs / PMC / turnkey contracting.• Preferred Exposure:- Experience working with corporate office fit-outs, MEP vendors, and OEM suppliers.- Hands-on exposure to AutoCAD, Excel-based cost models, and BOQ templates.- Familiarity with reverse auction platforms, e-procurement tools, and manual tendering processes.- Skills & Attributes• Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven vendor relationship management.• High proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and procurement documentation.• Deep understanding of rate analysis, market trends, and technical specifications.• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and data accuracy.• Ability to multitask across multiple projects while maintaining timelines.• Ethical, process-driven, and aligned with transparent procurement governance.- Why Join Altre• Work on high-profile corporate fit-out projects across India.• Join a performance-driven, technology-enabled platform with transparent processes.• Opportunity to build and manage strategic vendor ecosystems at a national scale.• Attractive compensation and growth opportunities across regions.- To ApplySend your profile to careers@altre.co.in with the subject line “Procurement Executive / Manager | Bangalore | Altre Build Tech
