Job Title: Associate – Procurement ServicesLocation:Plot 8A, RMZ Centennial, Kundalahalli Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore, IndiaEmployment Type:Full-timeJob Overview:The Procurement Associate is responsible for supporting client procurement service delivery, driving operational procurement processes (PR to PO), validating PRs, managing helpdesk queries, and assisting in contracts and approvals.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Operations Execution Review and validate PR (Purchase Requisition) data, correcting errors as needed. Process POs, respond to general procurement queries, and handle escalated supplier issues. Communicate with suppliers to resolve pricing, billing, and order-related errors. Resolve procurement and invoice-related issues with business stakeholders. Support reporting and analytics for operational procurement activities. Conduct root cause analysis for delayed PRs and reduce PR-to-PO cycle time. Track product delivery with vendors. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements. Ensure accuracy and compliance in procurement processes.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in any field. 4–6+ years of experience in operational procurement, sourcing, or service desk management. Experience with Kinaxis tool and other procurement software.
