This role will support strategic procurement initiatives through spend analysis, taxonomy management, advanced reporting, and AI-driven insights. The ideal candidate will leverage technology and data analytics to optimize procurement processes and deliver measurable value to our clients.Job Description: ·Conduct comprehensive spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, procurement trends, and areas for process optimization. ·Manage item categorization, taxonomy mapping, and classification systems for materials and services across multiple categories. ·Utilize artificial intelligence tools to map items with accurate taxonomy, enhance data quality, and improve classification accuracy. ·Develop comprehensive dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making. ·Support RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and selection activities to ensure optimal vendor partnerships. · C ollaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive sourcing initiatives and procurement excellence. ·Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP systems, analytics platforms, and procurement databases. ·Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives.Required Qualifications: ·Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, SCM, or a related field ·3 - 6 years of experience in procurement operations, preferably supporting US clients ·CIPS, CPSM, or Data Analytics certifications are highly desirable. ·Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes ·Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, or similar platforms) ·Proven experience with ERP transitions and system migrations ·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or equivalent visualization tools ·Experience with AI-based item mapping, procurement automation tools, or machine learning applications ·Deep understanding of taxonomy structures, category management, and spend classificationSoft Skills: · S trong analytical and research capabilities with ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences ·Professional, polite, and client-focused demeanour with strong interpersonal skills ·Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously ·Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments and adapts readily to new tools, processes, and challenges ·Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities ·Positive team player who works effectively across functions and geographies ·Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy and quality ·Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards ·Reliable and responsible professional who consistently delivers results and takes ownership of outcomesWhat We Offer ·Opportunity to work with global clients and cutting-edge procurement technologies ·Professional development and growth opportunities ·Collaborative and innovative work environment ·Competitive compensation and benefits package ·Flexible work arrangements with US shift timingJoin Our Team If you are a motivated procurement professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
