Job Title: Productivity & Operational Excellence: Procurement Services Location:Plot 8A, RMZ Centennial, Kundalahalli Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore, IndiaEmployment:Full-timeRole Overview This role focuses onproductivity, operational excellence, and procurement efficiency. The candidate will drive cost savings, improve processes, and ensure KPIs are met.Ideal Candidate:Strategic thinker, process optimizer, cost-conscious, data-driven, collaborative.Key ResponsibilitiesTools & Dashboards Master all systems, tools, and dashboards used in procurement/planning operations. Provide data-driven insights for stakeholders. Train internal teams on tools and dashboards.Planning & Procurement Operations Manage day-to-day procurement and planning processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations. Resolve process bottlenecks.Cost Optimization Drivequarter-over-quarter price reductions. Analyze market trends and supplier performance. Identify savings opportunities and implement operational improvements. Support projects targeting cost reduction.Purchase Order (PO) Management Identify POs with reduced demand and cancel where applicable. Optimize inventory and reduce unnecessary spend.Supply Risk Management Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (vendor delays, capacity issues). Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity.KPI Monitoring Track KPIs and close performance gaps. Implement corrective actions for underperforming areas.Operational Excellence Identify process improvement opportunities. Lead/collaborate on projects enhancing efficiency. Share successful strategies across teams for cross-deployment.Qualifications & Experience Education:Bachelors in business Admin, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience:6–8+ years in operations management, procurement, or supply chain Skills: Strong procurement & planning knowledge Operational excellence methodologies Data analysis & dashboard/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) Proven cost-saving track record Problem-solving and process optimization Excellent collaboration and communication Detail-oriented with result-focused mindsetSummary This role isoperations management, procurement expertise, and process improvement, with a strong emphasis oncost optimization, KPI management, and operational excellence.
