Department Description

Test Integration and Implementation is a change delivery organization within the CIB’s Digital & Platform Services (D&PS). TI&I is responsible for transforming testing, data, environments, and release management, to support migration to the cloud, adoption of AI, improvements to the stability environment, and better integration and implementation of our Payments products and services for our clients. TI&I capabilities include end-to-end test management and automation, business analysis, data analytics and program management, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in Payments.

LOB Description

Payments Technology supports the Payments global franchise across treasury services (cash management, foreign exchange, liquidity, escrow and real-time payment solutions), global trade finance, merchant services and commercial card offerings to clients and supports the payment hub for JPMorgan Chase, the largest payment network in the world.

Role Description

As a Client Testing Manager, you'll be responsible to manage the testing execution of the TS payment services products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong understanding of SWIFT, FX, Domestic and USD Wires, file formats
- Organize cross functional meetings that will review tasks and deliverables with the appropriate team members and provide direction and leadership to the team
- Contribute to test plan development and execution
- Work collaboratively with team members and cross functional groups
- Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off
- Continued review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with new policies and ongoing risk management activities
- Contribute to the strategic development and Escalate deliverable delays

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- Ability to multi-task and deliver against tight deadlines
- Payment product management experience is preferred
- Experience and strong working knowledge of various aspects of cash operations is preferred
- Strong time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple test assignments & prioritize one's own work
- Communicate written and oral expression in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Demonstrate professional work habits / ethics in the areas of attendance and punctuality.
- Flexible with shift timings and adhere to the needs to business
- Ability to be an integral team member (planning support, documenting, and communicating)
- Passion for backend functional testing to include meticulous calculation validations
- Written and verbal communication skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing and organized manner
- Flexibility and adaptability - able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Functional testing automation tools and technologies
- API (Application Programming Interface) test automation (,Postman)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
- Banking domain Experience is required
- Ability to write and create detailed business and functional requirements
- Experience creating functional system requirements specifications
- Intermediate level experience in MS Excel.
