**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**:

- This role would involve understanding the building blocks (rules, market structure, client usage and clientele) of the fixed income index product suite
- Ensure the client queries, stakeholders queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Escalate wherever necessary

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:

- Minimum education and requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantitative Finance or Management in Information Systems and 2 or more years of related work experience in client services.
- Detailed specifications and requirement gathering skills from varied associated teams and partners. Demonstrate ability to work effectively and independently across different businesses and functional area
- Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable facing off to senior management and Business heads within the firm
- Client service experience and should be able to comprehend client queries
- Data management, AI Tools and Data visualization tools and techniques - a strong plus
- **Work timing**:
