**Designation: Customer Care Executive**
**Location: Andheri**
**Shift : Strictly US night shifts (8.30 PM to 5.30 AM IST), 5 days working**
**Experience: 0.6 - 1Years**
**Salary Range: Upto 3.80 LPA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with the current and potential sellers/partners
- Achieve successful first time resolution on all seller contacts
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Site Merchandising, Category Management, Technical Support (L1 & L2), Investigations and Payments teams as required to resolve Seller’s issues and questions.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using client’s knowledge base resources, policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 0.6 to 1-year experience within a customer service and contact center environment
- US English proficiency
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace
- Good Data Handling and Computer Skills

**Salary**: ₹9,409.02 - ₹26,810.72 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
