
Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients, providing information on our hair regrowth treatments, products, and services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential leads, provide appointment reminders, and promote ongoing care services.
- Assist clients with understanding their treatment options, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the process of booking consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions within our CRM system.
- Provide excellent ongoing support for existing clients, including appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Respond to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and care, ensuring a positive and supportive client experience.
- Collaborate with hair care specialists to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality service.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to management when needed.
- Educate clients about special offers, new treatments, and product lines that could enhance their experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a domestic BPO environment, preferably in customer service or a similar field.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or relevant certifications preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally and clearly.
- A proactive, empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help people.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
