We are hiring Commis Chefs at different levels (1 / 2 / 3) to support our Continental section. You will work under our CDPs and Sous Chef, assisting in daily prep, live orders, and maintaining kitchen standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and execution of Continental dishes (salads, toasts, mains, pastas, burgers, bowls, etc.)
- Maintain mise-en-place as per station requirements
- Follow all recipe and presentation standards set by the Head Chef
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workstation cleanliness
- Manage time efficiently during prep and service hours
- Learn and grow under senior chefs by adapting to daily kitchen practices

**Role Levels**
- **Commi 1**: Advanced prep and live station handling, minor supervision responsibilities
- **Commi 2**: Intermediate prep work, assists in live station during rush hours
- **Commi 3**: Basic chopping, ingredient prep, cleaning, and kitchen support

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 3+ years of experience in a Continental kitchen, depending on role level
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen operations
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow kitchen structure
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced service environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
