Job Description:

Altruist Hotel, Kondapur is seeking a skilled and dedicated Continental Chef (Commis 1 / Commis 2) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of continental dishes and be committed to maintaining high kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental cuisine such as pastas, grills, salads, and sauces
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
  • Follow kitchen safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols
  • Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Keep workstations clean and organized
  • Monitor inventory and report stock shortages

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen
  • Good understanding of continental cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
