We are looking for a front office executive to oversee the front office operations of our business. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome guests and ensure that the reception area is professionally maintained.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Defining and implementing front office objectives and procedures.
- Tending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
- Managing budgets, records, and contracts.
- Ensuring that the front office and reception area is kept clean and organized.
- Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
**Required Skills, Experience & Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field and minimum 6 months of experience in Front office operations.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Strong communication and people skill
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sector 82, JLPL Industrial Area, Mohali - 140308, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
