**Position**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Chennai
**Experience Required**:Minimum 1 - 2 Yrs
**Gender Preference**: Female
**Language Requirement**: Proficiency in **Hindi** (mandatory), English/Tamil added advantage

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to **printers, scanners, laptops, and other IT peripherals**.
- Log and track customer issues in the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for escalated cases.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing professional, accurate, and prompt responses.
- Educate customers on product usage, preventive maintenance, and best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Must be **fluent in Hindi** (mandatory). Proficiency in English/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in **customer support/helpdesk/technical support**, preferably in IT hardware or peripherals.
- Good knowledge of **printers, scanners, laptops, and related IT peripherals**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving attitude.

**Education**
- Graduate in **any discipline** (IT/Computer Science preferred).
- Technical certifications in hardware/peripherals support will be a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
