**Job Description** What does this role entail..**

An Executive Assistant who will closely work with CEO of METRO Business Solution Center to execute and support day-to-day operations & efficiency of working (Admin, Calendar Management, Travel, Event Management, Financial Tracking etc.) while also supporting projects directly contributing to company strategy.
This role serves as a liaison between all GSC leaders & the CEO’s executive office in India & Dusseldorf. o Supports & assist operational topics while supporting the CEO across all charters.
To be a collaborator with a keen sense of getting things done - ability to use their strong logical & critical thinking skills to deduce actions steps with keen sense of observation & information collection. o Someone who has a knack for data, keen sense of delivering high-quality output with an eye for detail & knack to work in dynamic environments.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Planning, coordinating & ensuring the CEO’s schedule is followed & respected, seamless execution of Outlook calendar management, Task lists etc.
- Aiding in any Administrative tasks per need basis - includes Financial tracking, other operational & organizational tasks
- Planning & Coordinating leadership forums & events
- Travel planning for the CEO & other global leaders for business needs
- Coordinating with internal as well as external vendors/clients
- Creating working plans, project charters and help with execution
- Prioritizing conflicting needs & handle matters expeditiously and proactively

**Qualifications**
- Graduate / PG with minimum 5-7 years of experience into assisting an executive
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You bring in strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- You are a proficient in MS Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc.
- Passion & Perseverance are your forte.
- Solution mindset with a keen sense of business acumen.
- High logical & decision making skills.
