7. **Brief Description of Job Profile**:

- Manpower handling, batch production, records and documentation.

Supervise maintenance work and new projects.

Resolve issues related to man, machine, method, material.

Identify and address any showstoppers, shutdown or critical issues hindering task completion.

Should have knowledge about - Chemical reactors, boiler, thermic heater, N2 Plant, heat exchangers, condenser, cooling tower, chiller, flaker, filters, tanks, pumps, motor, valves etc.

Ensure the safety of the plant, machinery and men.

Oversee housekeeping for raw materials, finished goods, production, and outdoor plant areas.

Support loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.

8. **Required Skills**: Team member, effective communication, and organizational skills, time management, dedicated, professional work ethics.

9. **Technical Skills**: Production, manufacturing, stock, inventory, materials management, chemicals, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, MS Excel.
