**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- Shall report to the Shift In-charge & in absence of Shift In-charge report to the Production Manager.
- Shall responsible for Production planning in consultation with the Production Manager /Shift In-charge for the concern area as currently allotted.
- Shall check the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.
- Shall responsible to maintain operation & cleaning of equipment as per concern SOP.
- Shall responsible to report any deviation/ incident to the Shift In-charge & in absence of shift In-charge, he will inform to Production manager /Plant In-charge.
- Shall responsible to ensure appropriate labelling system in concern area as per SOP.
- Shall responsible to ensure that all manufacturing operations are performed as per the approved manufacturing process.
- Shall responsible to check Batch Production and Control Record, process related document.
- Shall responsible to maintain update record for current activity through team member.
- Shall responsible to implementation of corrective action and preventive action under superior guidance for any deviation/incident/ market complaint/ audit compliance.
- Shall responsible to coordinate with other departments well in advance for smooth operation of the production activities.
- Shall responsible to conduct line clearance activity prior to any operation as per Line clearance SOP.
- Shall responsible to coordinate with Engineering & Maintenance Department in case of major breakdown and initiating Corrective Action And Preventive Action where appropriate.
- Shall coordinate and communicate superior regarding human resource requirements.
- Shall responsible to conduct in-process test whenever required as per in-house specification.
- Shall responsible to ensure Health & Safety compliance in Production department.
- Shall adhere to Schedules and deadlines.
- Shall ensure all resources are utilized efficiently.
- Supervision of all operator & worker under his direct or indirect control
