We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Charge Posting Specialist to join our team in Pune. As a Charge Posting Specialist, you will be responsible for posting charges to the system, ensuring accurate billing for healthcare providers or other service industries. You will play a key role in verifying and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and updated. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately post charges into the system based on provided information.
- Review and verify charge details for accuracy before posting.
- Ensure timely processing of charges in line with company policies.
- Handle and resolve any discrepancies in charge data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all charge postings.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in charge posting or related roles (preferably in healthcare or finance).
- Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel.
