Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage installation teams and field technicians to execute projects effectively.
  • Oversee the planning and scheduling of EV Charger installation jobs, ensuring proper resource allocation and timelines.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Accountable for client experience during installation and maintenance, ensuring that the team provides clear communication and satisfaction to the clients.
  • Accountable for site assessments, pre-installation checks, and post-installation reviews if needed.
  • Monitor operational workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Accountable for ticket management and making sure that they are completed in a timely manner.
