**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
2. Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
3. Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
4. Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
5. Developed audit procedures for production, coordinate auditors, review audit findings, and assign corrective actions.
6. Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
7. Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
8. Review current blueprints and quality documentation
9. Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks)
10. Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
11. Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
12. Knowledge of ISO standard, and other international standards
13. Calibration of measuring and monitoring devices through NABL accredited Labs.
- Qualification: Diploma/BE (Mechanical/Metallurgical)
- Knowledge: QMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Internal Audit, BIS
- 6+ years experience as a Sr. Quality Engineer/In-charge or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
- In-depth understanding of technical documentation
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
