Following ISO and Product standards procedures and protocols. Updating and maintaining ISO documents.
- Certify the company for ISO standards for quality, and CE/ IS certification of its respective products.
- Responsible for Product License Formulate & Implement Quality Systems in the company.
- Knowledge of how to use Measuring Instruments Handling of Third Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) Responsible for Overall Quality and certification Department activity. Responsible for In-coming Material Inspection.
- Responsible for In-Process and Final Testing & Inspection. Able to research for new product development and relevant required testing equipment’s. Monitoring and analysis of rejections
- Responsible for Calibration of Testing Equipment /Instruments in Lab as well as for Machinery in Shop floor.
- Implementation of 6’s in both factory & premises Responsible for Handling of customer inspection, Third Party Inspection, Audits and complaints. Generating checklist for Quality standards at shop floor / lab.
- Preparing SOP wherever required Managing external party’s visits and requirements. Conducting Supplier audits as per plan. Projects/ works assigned by Management
- Ensure quality standards are met by monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality management systems.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures, including inspection checklists, test plans, and reporting templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product reliability.
- Analyze data from statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPC) to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
