Q.C. In-charge

Qualification:

• B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related field)
• Experience: Relevant experience in a similar capacity preferred Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Q.C. In-charge to oversee the laboratory quality control operations.
• The role involves managing testing activities, maintaining ISO documentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supervising the QC team to uphold product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all laboratory quality control activities. Conduct and review Spectro analysis, chemical wet analysis, and physical testing as per industry standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of test records.
• Oversee product approval processes and maintain ISO and quality management documentation.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and customer specifications. Train and guide laboratory personnel in testing procedures and safety practices. Liaise with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of analytical instruments such as Spectrophotometer and related lab equipment. Hands-on experience in chemical analysis and product quality testing. Proficiency in ISO documentation and lab record management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
