Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and HR managers.

Provide career counseling and individual or group sessions to enhance placement readiness.

Maintain a database of student profiles, including qualifications and job preferences.

Identify industry trends and potential employers relevant to the institution’s programs.

Coordinate guest lectures, workshops, and industry interactions to bridge the gap between academics and industry needs.

Prepare reports on placement activities and success rates for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Previous experience in recruitment, training, or placement coordination is preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
