**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employer Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Identify and approach new companies for potential recruitment opportunities.
- Organize and conduct employer visits, presentations, and recruitment drives on campus.

**Placement Activities**:

- Coordinate and manage campus recruitment activities including job fairs, on-campus interviews, and career workshops.
- Develop and maintain a placement calendar with key recruitment events.
- Oversee the logistics and administration of placement activities.

**Student Support**:

- Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
- Assist students in the preparation of resumes, cover letters, and interview techniques. o Conduct workshops and training sessions on job search strategies and career development.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of student placements, employer contacts, and job opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on placement statistics and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Use career management systems to track student progress and employer interactions.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with academic departments to understand student skills and align placement efforts.
- Coordinate with alumni networks to leverage employment opportunities.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the visibility and reputation of the placement cell.
