Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless placement process and a positive experience for all parties involved.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employer Relations**:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local employers, businesses, and organizations. Identify potential internship or job opportunities for students.
Collaborate with employers to understand their needs and expectations.

**Placement Coordination**:
Match students with suitable internship, co-op, or job opportunities.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in placements.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of placements, including agreements, contracts, and feedback.
Generate reports on placement outcomes and success rates.
Keep track of key performance indicators related to placement activities.

**Process Updating**:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of placement process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career placement.

**Networking and Outreach**:
Organize job fairs, industry events, and networking to expand placement opportunities.
Promote the organizations, placement services to potential employers and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in career counselling, recruitment, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of career development theories and IT job market trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ethical and professional conduct.
