Job Purpose - Lead, Plan, organize, execute, and drive end-to-end operations in DHIL(Jetty), focusing on continuous improvements in maritime logistics, overseeing all activities related to the loading, unloading, and management of cargo at the jetty including the complete maintenance of Jetty facility complying with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards as per P&B/ Business target through flawless daily work management and a culture of excellence in AET/DMT while fostering cross functional collaboration. - Ensure the efficient and safe movement of goods within cost, quality by coordinating with shipping companies and Maritime statutory bodies, ensuring high-quality product delivery to customer expectations. - To ensure safe berthing and unberthing of the ships and ensure quick turnaround of vessels and fulfillment of cargoes commitment during their shift towards optimum berth occupancy as well as cargo throughput time. Ensure compliance of statutory requirements of Ports like ISO, NSPC, and ISPS.
