**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Operation**:

- Operate and monitor high-purity water systems, including RO, UF, DM plants, and Purified Water Distribution (PWD) systems.
- Manage daily operations of ETP and STP systems to meet discharge and reuse standards.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform regular preventive maintenance of equipment such as pumps, blowers, filters, and membranes.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation issues.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose operational issues and initiate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies to restore operations efficiently.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Monitor process parameters and adjust operations to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Implement improvements to enhance water treatment performance.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and breakdown resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operational performance and regulatory compliance.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Follow all SOPs and work instructions for high-purity systems, ETP, and STP operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in O&M of high-purity water systems, ETP, and STP.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, including RO, DM, UF, and biological treatment systems.
- Knowledge of control systems and basic electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret process diagrams (P&ID) and operation manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with automated control systems and SCADA-based monitoring.
- Familiarity with environmental compliance regulations and reporting requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
