O&M Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated O&M Engineer to join our team, to ensuring the highest industries standards. Ideal candidates having 1-2 years of experience in operations & maintenance within the solar or renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • O&M Support:
  • Attending the breakdown calls
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in installed solar systems.
  • Fault diagnostics and resolve complex technical issues in solar power systems.
  • Monitor system performance remotely via inbuilt monitoring software and address anomalies and SCADA systems.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their need and present our solar plant better service as the ideal solution.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and executions teams to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, addressing post-installation concerns.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical support, software and hardware repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain proper records of system operations, maintenance logs, and quality checks and as built execution data.
  • Quality Management:
  • Update and maintain material standards, quality protocols, and procedures and quality assurance.
  • Prepare executions documents, QC reports, and certifications in compliance with company and ISO standards.
  • Address and resolve quality issues, including customer complaint and non-conformances and customer non satisfaction point.

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
