**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities For Area Sales Manager (ASM)**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including Sales Officers and Executives, to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, ensuring proper market penetration.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular reviews and training sessions for the sales team.
- Ensure timely reporting and communication with higher management.

**For Sales Officer (SO)**:

- Work closely with the ASM to implement sales plans at the regional level.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the ASM.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
- Resolve customer and distributor concerns promptly.

**For Sales Executive**:

- Directly manage sales within the assigned territory, ensuring target achievement.
- Engage with retailers and distributors to promote and sell pouch milk, ghee, and flavored milk products.
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market.
- Collect market feedback and share valuable insights with the team.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and collections efficiently.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business/Marketing/Agriculture).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in the dairy industry, specifically in sales of milk, ghee, or similar FMCG products.
- **Preferred Experience**: Knowledge of the Agra, Mathura, and Firozabad markets is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
