**Job Summary**:
The **Barista** is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires knowledge of brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage customization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve **hot and cold coffee drinks**, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, cold brew, and teas.
- Operate and maintain **coffee equipment** (grinders, espresso machines, brewers).
- Greet customers, take accurate orders, and handle **POS transactions**.
- Ensure **consistency and quality** of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of the **workstation**, equipment, and customer area.
- Follow **health and safety standards**, including food hygiene.
- Stock and restock ingredients and supplies (milk, coffee beans, syrups, cups).
- Assist in the preparation and display of **baked goods or snacks**, if applicable.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support team members during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a barista or in a food service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of **coffee brewing techniques** and espresso machine operation.
- Excellent **customer service** and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and multitask.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods.

**Working Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts and occasional overtime.
- Fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Handling hot liquids, machinery, and food items.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
