**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Operational Management**
- Oversee daily operations of the Warehouse, BMC, and MCC to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Monitor milk procurement, storage, and dispatch activities to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and farmers to ensure timely collection and delivery of milk.

**Quality Assurance**
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and quality standards at all stages of milk handling.
- Monitor milk testing procedures, including fat, SNF, and adulteration checks, and resolve discrepancies.

**Inventory & Stock Management**
- Maintain accurate records of milk stock, inventory, and supplies.
- Manage inward and outward inventory, ensuring mínimal wastage.

**Team Supervision**
- Lead and train center staff, including operators and helpers, to improve efficiency.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Record and track performance metrics for the center, including procurement targets and quality results.

**Equipment Maintenance**
- Ensure proper functioning of BMC units, testing equipment, and other machinery.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely servicing and repairs.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Implement and monitor safety protocols within the facility.
- Comply with local regulatory guidelines related to dairy operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, milk collection, or dairy operations.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of milk procurement and handling processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational reporting.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards in the dairy industry.
- Familiarity with BMC and MCC equipment.
