**Key Responsibilities**
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers for raw materials (e.g., milk, additives, packaging).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency.
- **Procurement Planning**:

- Forecast and plan material requirements based on production schedules and inventory levels.
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of quality goods.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure supplier compliance with product quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits of supplier facilities and processes.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure uninterrupted supply while minimizing holding costs.
- Manage procurement data in ERP systems.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
- Conduct market research and benchmark pricing for critical inputs.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure procurement processes comply with government regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's preferred)
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of procurement experience in the dairy/FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with sourcing raw milk and dairy-related ingredients is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
