Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage the procurement of hardware and office supplies, ensuring that we acquire quality products at the best possible prices. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and a keen eye for finding the best deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for hardware and office supplies.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Analyze and evaluate vendor proposals to negotiate the best pricing, terms, and conditions for the company.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure that supplies are available when needed while avoiding overstocking.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide reports on procurement metrics and cost savings.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in an office or tech environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of obtaining favorable terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
